EcoMobility Alliance
ICLEI and Changwon City have launched the EcoMobility Alliance, a select group of ambitious cities that have achieved excellent results in certain dimensions of sustainable mobility, and that strive to reach similar results in other EcoMobility fields. We welcome applications from cities worldwide that are eager to take on the challenge of EcoMobility excellence.

EcoMobility SHIFT needs your feedback!
EcoMobility SHIFT aims to develop a method to assess, improve and promote the sustainability of local governments' mobility policies. Municipalities performing well on some indicators with will be able to obtain an "EcoMobility Label". In order to set up such a labeling scheme we have set a draft list of indicators. We invite you to review our work and to send us your opinion. In case you are interested and available to carry out this review, we will grant you access to an online questionnaire. You just need to fill in what you want or have the time to, so don't feel frightened if the questionnaire appears long!

This report summarizes eight case studies of communities with low car ownership rates and, as a result, less pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, public health issues, and other negative externalities associated with driving. ITDP presents the case studies, identifies lessons learned, and compares the planning, design, and travel demand management techniques used so that others might follow the lead of these eight communities.
